Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Pastor Belinda Thomas was created to encourage and impact people’s lives… Whether she is pastoring, serving people in the community, mentoring leaders, ministering at conferences, negotiating business contracts, managing instructional design and learning development teams, or leading mission teams around the world, her assignment is the same. Her keen business insight, leadership skills, and motivation for building others is included in her daily routine.

As a result, her journey has included working with CEOs and management teams to teach change management and leadership development skills to help them better lead their organizations. She has unselfishly helped pastors and leaders build successful ministries.

She mentors ministry and marketplace leaders to lead intentionally, passionately, and with integrity. She coaches individuals through ministry, career, and entrepreneurial paths that often launches them into unchartered waters. She also serves in the community to help others simply find their place and purpose in life.

In the marketplace, she is President and Lead Consultant of B-TEK Information Group, an award-winning instructional design and e-learning consultant team. In ministry, Pastor Belinda currently serves as Senior Pastor of Be Restored Worship Center in Lithia Springs, Georgia. In her personal life, she is married to her husband and best friend, Walter Thomas, for 26 years and counting.
