In her quest to build a community of builders, she introduces leadership principles through workshops, conferences, and The Exchange Leadership and Learning Forum which is held bi-annually in the Atlanta area. She conducts instructor-led workshops and designs web-based training courses on core leadership skills that work in any setting.
